Finding Certificate
You can access your certificate from your Transcript in the Learning Portal under the course title.
Or you can download it from MyATD, in the My Activity tab: Click the ellipsis menu next to your completed course and select Download Certificate.
When will I receive my certificate?
Face-to-face
Your certificate will be issued in the portal once you have met all course completion requirements (including submitting the post-course evaluation).
Live Online
Your certificate will be issued in the portal within 72 hours of the last session ending, assuming you’ve met all the course completion requirements, including submitting the post-course evaluation.
On-Demand Certificate Programs and Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer
Your certificate will be issued to you in the portal within 3 days of submitting all required assignments, assuming you've met all course requirements, including submitting the post-course evaluation.
