Face-to-Face and Live Online
You will receive an email two weeks prior to the start date that will provide information about the course as well as how to access your materials at that time. You’ll also receive a reminder email three days before the start date and the morning the course starts.
Blended Programs
Blended programs combine face-to-face or live online sessions with self-paced work. For these programs, you will receive informational emails two weeks and three days before the class starts, but you will not get access to materials until the first day of class.
On-Demand Courses
For self-paced courses, once you’ve completed your registration, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment. These courses are available immediately upon purchase. Visit My Activity in My ATD for a direct link to your program. Please note, registrations may take up to 15 minutes to process.
If you receive access to self-paced courses as part of the online course library member benefit, you will receive access when you become a Professional Plus member and will retain access for the length of your membership. Visit the Benefits Center in MyATD for a direct link to the online course library. Select the Courses tab to navigate to the library.
