Face-to-face and Live Online
You will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the start date that will provide information about the course as well as point you to the Learning Portal where you can access your materials at that time. You’ll also receive reminder emails 3 days before the start date and the morning the course starts.
The one exception is for Master Trainer and Master Instructional Designer programs. You will receive informational emails 2 weeks and 3 days before the class starts, but you will not get access to the materials in the portal until the first day of class.

For On Demand courses, once you’ve completed your registration, you will get an email pointing you to the Learning Portal where you can access your course and materials right away.
