Customers in countries not serviced by Ingram Publisher Services International may send their publication orders directly to ATD. Orders shipped to these countries are sent by best available carrier. International shipping fees are based on expedited delivery rates and will be charged accordingly. You may order online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. (Please note: If ordering by phone, fax, or mail, prepayment in U.S. dollars or payment by credit card is required for international orders.)
All orders to Canada and other international destinations may be subject to custom fees. ATD is not responsible for payment of these additional fees or for returned orders due to nonpayment of international custom fees. ATD will not resend these orders.
EXCEPTIONS: Credit card or purchase orders from Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Ghana, Libya, and Sudan will not be accepted as payment. Orders from these countries must be prepaid by wire transfer and must include expedited shipping.
