If you want to transfer or cancel your registration, please send your request to ATD in writing at customercare@td.org.
If your written request to cancel is submitted more than five business days before the start of the program, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment. Your refund will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. In lieu of a refund, you may request a credit for the program's cost to be used towards another program or ATD product, and the cancellation fee of $100 will not be deducted. All credits must be used within one year of the date of issuance. Participants or a representative of the organization that paid for the registration may transfer their registration to another education program of equal or lesser value free of charge.
Requests submitted five business days or less prior to the start of the program are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer to another education program. A $50 transfer fee with be applied.
