If you order an inventoried product, such as a book or merchandise, you should receive an email from our shipping department within two days of placing your order that contains UPS tracking information.
If you do not receive an email with tracking information from ATD, you can call ATD’s Customer Care Center between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 800.628.2783 (US) or 703.683.8100 (international), or email customercare@td.org to check on the status of your order.
If you are an ATD member, please have your membership identification number available for faster service. If you have ordered a membership or an add-on subscription, you can sign into td.org and select My Orders and Downloads from the drop-down next to your name to view details of your purchases.
