If you order an inventoried product, such as a book or merchandise, you should receive an email from our shipping department within two days of placing your order that contains UPS tracking information.
If you do not receive an email with tracking information from ATD, you can call ATD’s Customer Care Center between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 800.628.2783 (U.S.) or 703.683.8100 (international), or email email@example.com to check on the status of your order.
