I am receiving an error code trying to access parts of my course, what do I do?

Here are some quick troubleshooting steps:

1. Log out, log back in, and try again.
2. Use a different browser. ATD Education recommends Google Chrome. Please note that Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge should not be used.
3. Log out, clear your browser cache, log back in, and try again.
4. Check your internet connection. A slow or disrupted connection can affect your ability to access the course.
5. If you receive a “403” error, follow the steps in the job aid to adjust your browser settings .
