1. Log out, clear your browser cache, log back in, and try again.
2. Use a different browser. ATD Education recommends Google Chrome. Please note that you should not use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
3. Check your internet connection. A slow or disrupted connection can affect your ability to access the course.
4. Log out of VPN.
