ATD Product Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from ATD, you may return it in re-salable condition to ATD’s fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. If an order is returned because a customer refuses to pay customs fees and duties, ATD will accept the return but will charge a 50% restocking fee along with the shipping charges for the return. All returns must include the original packing slip to ensure correct processing.
Please note the following:
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or items purchased from other retailers, such as Amazon.
- The ATD return policy does not apply to computer software, audio, video, or electronic purchases unless an error on ATD's part has caused an incorrect shipment.
- ATD does not cover shipping costs for product returns.
