Where can I find the shuttle schedule from hotels to the convention center?
Though many of the conference hotels are walkable, a complimentary shuttle service connects the Los Angeles Convention Center and the official ATD hotels. Please review the Hotel & Travel page for more details.
Shuttles will run from the hotels below:

o The Weston Bonaventure Hotels & Suites
o Freehand
o Hilton Checkers
o Millennium Biltmore Hotel
o Sheraton Grand Los Angeles
o The Wayfarer Downtown
o Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Downtown
o Kawada Hotel
o Omni Hotel
All other hotels are considered walkable. For attendees who need to make an advance reservation for a wheelchair-accessible ride during shuttle hours, please see the shuttle supervisor at the Convention Center or call/text Kushner & Associates at 626.597.7144.
Shuttle Hours:
o Sunday, May 17: 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 3:30–8:30 p.m.
o Monday, May 18: 6:30–10:30 a.m. and 2:30–6:30 p.m.
o Tuesday, May 19: 6:30–10:30 a.m. and 2:30–6:30 p.m.
o Wednesday, May 20: 7 a.m.–1 p.m.
