You can make substitutions for registrations in advance by a person or representative of the organization that paid for the registration, by submitting a written request to ATD at customercare@td.org. If an ATD member transfers his or her registration to a non-member, the non-member must pay the difference between the ATD member and non-member rate at the time of the transfer.
