Participant substitutions of registrations may be made in advance until May 10, 2024, by a person or representative of the organization who paid for the registration by submitting the written request to ATD at customercare@td.org. In certain cases, we will allow on-site substitutions. If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution and must be accompanied by proof of the original registration payment. If an ATD member transfers his or her registration to a non-member, the non-member must pay the difference between the ATD member and non-member rate at the time of the transfer.
