ATD 2020 exhibitors and sponsors will be contacted in the next 30 days with more information on the refund process that we will follow. Refunds for exhibit and sponsorship payments will be handled pursuant to the terms of the ATD 2020 Exhibitor Contract, which explains that in the case of a termination of the event, refunds will be made less a proportionate share of the exposition costs incurred. We understand that questions will arise about what this means to your organization, and we will provide more information by May 8. Our goal is to complete the refund process for all exhibitors and sponsors within 90 days.
As you know, the ATD International Conference & Exposition is a large and complex event with many thousands of attendees and hundreds of exhibitors and sponsors.
