We certainly understand plans may change. To modify your reservation in the ATD hotel block, contact MCI Housing (+1.800.931.6032 or +1.972.349.5562 or atd@mcievents.com). You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellation or delay of arrival received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax.
