How do I download the conference app?
The conference app will be available for download in the Apple App Store, Google Play, and on the conference website a few weeks before the conference. Check atdconference.org for updates.
When I create my schedule on the app, can I sync it to my desktop?
The conference schedule can be synced from the schedule planner page to the ATD Events app on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. The schedule you created will not sync from the app to the website if created in the app.
When I make changes to my schedule on the desktop, will it sync to my app?
Yes, the schedule will sync from the website to the app. It will sync only from the website to the app.
I can’t log in to the ATD Events app. Help!
The log-in credentials for the ATD Events app is not the same as your login for the ATD website. Attendees must create separate log-in credentials on the conference website.
Once you create your credentials on the website and build your schedule, you should download the app on your phone or device and log in. The schedule you created on the website will then sync to the app.
Please note that the schedule you created will not sync from the app to the website if created in the app. It will sync only from the website to the app.
