How do I register for ATD 2020?
Prior to May 12, 2020, please register here for the conference.
Online and preregistration (by phone, e-mail, and fax) ends at 6 p.m. ET on May 12, 2020. After this time, attendees will need to register on-site.
How much does ATD 2020 cost to attend?
For individual registrations, the cost to attend ATD 2020 as a member is $1,495, and the cost to attendees a non-member of ATD is $1,645. These advanced rates are effective until February 21, 2020. Rates increase to $1,695 for ATD members and $1,945 for non-members through April 3, 2020. Additional rate increases apply after that date.

For members, the conference team rate per person is $1,325 and for non-members the cost is $1,625.

Is there a nonprofit rate?
At this time, we do not have a special rate for nonprofit organizations. If you have not already done so, please visit the registration page for our current rates and discounts.
Is there a group discount?
Yes, there is a group discount. To set up a conference team (five or more people), please email email@example.com. If your conference team already exists, please select your conference team
from the drop-down menu on the registration website. The conference team rate per person for ATD members is $1,325, and the rate for non-members is $1,625.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, there is a student discount. To qualify for the student rate, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per year (or the equivalent of at least half-time) at an accredited university or college, OR an active ATD chapter student member. If you are eligible for the student rate, the member rate is $800, and the non-member rate is $1,000. Register as a student on the conference registration page.
Can I purchase a day pass?
Yes, you can purchase a day pass for the conference. On the registration page, click “I cannot attend the full conference. What are the daily options?” Both All-Day passes and EXPO-Only passes will be available for you to select for registration.
All-Day and EXPO-Only passes are available for $1,000 each for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; an All-Day pass is available for Sunday, but it does not include the EXPO ($1,000).
EXPO-Only passes are available for $99 per day. On the registration page, click “I cannot attend the full conference. What are the daily options?” Both All-Day passes and EXPO-Only passes will be available for you to select for registration.
What preconference learning opportunities are there?

How do I get my badge (conference credentials)?
ATD will not mail conference registration badges in advance of ATD 2020. You can pick up your badge on site at the conference registration desk or at a Print My Badge kiosk using a valid identification card (such as driver’s license or passport) in the Colorado Convention Center.
How do I get a receipt or invoice for my registration?
Attendees who purchased the items listed below on site at the conference can get a receipt by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: An automatic receipt was sent from ATD Customer Care to the individual who registered. We recommend that you check your email inbox and junk folder for the confirmation.
