Yes. Please indicate your need in the online app and an event team member will be in touch with additional details. In San Jose, we recommend working with American Medical & Equipment Supply. You can use their website or call Agnes at 408.559.5800. These items are available for a fee (paid directly to the provider) and ATD will help coordinate this service.
Is there priority seating for those with differing abilities?

I have dietary restrictions and/or a food allergy. What are my options?
The complimentary lunches offered will feature several options, including vegetarian and gluten-free; however, quantities may be limited. Please ask the convention center staff about specific ingredients if they are not listed by the dish.
Because of the demand for special meals, please let us know your needs in advance, and we will communicate further details with you directly. Instructions for how to communicate your specific dietary needs can be found in your confirmation email and can be updated in your profile in the app.
I will need an ASL interpreter to participate fully in TK. What are my options?
We can provide an ASL interpreter for the TK upon request. Requests must be made in advance of the conference. Once you have successfully completed your registration for the conference, request an interpreter within your profile of the mobile app by January 4, 2020, to allow time for the interpreter’s services to be secured. You can also contact ATD Customer Care at or 800.628.2783 to update your record.
Where do I go if I need medical assistance at TK 2020?
There is a medic on hand throughout the event. If you need medical assistance, please visit the At Your Service desk and we will connect you with the on-duty medic.
Is there a designated nursing room at TK?
Yes, a nursing mothers’ room is available. The room is equipped with comfortable furniture and a separate, private area for nursing mothers. Power outlets are available; ATD does not provide storage. Please inquire at check-in or the At Your Service desk.
