- All cancellations prior to December 20, 2017, are required in writing to customercare@td.org, and a $100 cancellation fee will apply. In lieu of a refund, you may elect to keep the credit from the cancellation on your account to use for another program or ATD product; however, all credits must be used within one year of the date of issuance.
