To be eligible, CPTD candidates must meet all the requirements for one of the pathways below:
Standard Pathway:
- at least five years of professional work experience in the talent development (TD) field AND
- Sixty (60) hours of professional development in talent development;
OR
ATD Master Series Pathway:
- at least five years of professional work experience in the talent development (TD) field AND
- Successful completion of an ATD Master Series program within the past five (5) years;
OR
APTD Pathway
- at least four years of professional work experience in the TD field AND
- currently hold the APTD credential
