First, please check your junk or spam folder to see if your certificate email was sent there. If not, there are three common reasons why you may not have received your completion email or certificate:
- Did you attend all days or sessions of your program? You must meet all attendance requirements to be eligible for completion. See attendance policies for face-to-face certificate programs, online certificate programs, and Essentials Series online workshops, which are posted on TD.org and in the Learning Portal. (You will need to be logged in to view the requirements.)
- Did you complete your evaluation in the Learning Portal? You must complete your online evaluation before your completion status is updated.
- It may take 24 to 48 hours for your attendance to be officially marked in the system.
If you have met all these conditions and still aren't seeing your status marked as complete, please contact ATD Customer Care.
