Yes, ATD Education currently offers a limited number of open enrollment certificate programs in United Arab Emirates and China. Please click here to search for available offerings. Additionally, ATD International works with organizations to develop and support a global community for learning and HRD professionals. The typical areas of collaboration include organizing delegations to attend ATD events, supporting ATD membership and member activities, and supporting or co-organizing regional events. Please contact international@td.org for more information. Finally, ATD can arrange to have any of its educational programs delivered on-site to your organization outside the United States.
