Please follow these steps to update your shipping address:
1. Visit our website at www.td.org.
2. Sign in with your Username and Password.*
3. Select My Profile (upper right hand portion of the ATD home page).
4. Click the “My Account” button.
5. Click the update link for the information you would like updated.
6. Select "Edit" to modify the current address and ensure continued delivery on your current membership benefits or active subscriptions. This would include TD Magazine or TD at Work. Also, please use this button to update address preferences, such as a bill-to address, ship-to address, or directory address.
7. Select "Add" to designate a new ship-to address for any future orders. Please note, adding a product will only impact future product orders and will not change the address for current subscriptions.
8. Members may choose to mark the address as confidential to remove their address from the Member Directory.
9. If you wish to retain your current address and want to add an additional address, select “Add a new Address”. You may designate a new address for your ship-to address, bill-to address, or directory address to be associated with your account. Remember, this will only impact new orders.
Note: Subscription items, such as TD Magazine and TD at Work are shipped one to two weeks before the issue month. Address updates made within the last week of the month will not change the shipping address of the next issue. * If you have not previously registered as a customer on our website, select “Register” at the bottom of the log in page to complete the registration process so you may receive your sign in credentials.
