Chapters participating in the Chapter Membership on the ATD Store program should direct joint membership purchases to td.org. This will allow customers to purchase both memberships in a single transaction, align their membership end dates, and apply their Chapter Incentive Program (ChIP) code to the order.
Chapters not participating in this program can collect ATD membership dues and send them to ATD. Review the job aid for transferring ATD membership payments. It is extremely important to forward payments and complete customer information to ATD in a timely manner so members can access their benefits as soon as possible. Chapters are encouraged to communicate the processing time to the members.
